Proximal Humeral Locking Plate II

  1. Locking construct
    • Nine locking holes in the head of the humerus plate to enable a locking construct and optimal fixation, even in osteoporotic bone.
    • Diverging and converging screw pattern to support the humeral head.
    • Flexibility in screw placement, allowing for various different constructs.
  2. Suture holes
    • Ten suture holes around the proximal end of the plate to help maintain fracture reduction.
  3. Anatomically precontoured
    • Anatomically contoured with excellent fit to the proximal humerus.
  4. Elongated hole
    • Elongated hole for better plate positioning and humerus length adjustment.
  5. Twin Holes, locking or compression fixation
    • Locking or compression fixation provides more clinical choices.
  6. Low profile, distal tapered end
    • Highly polished smooth edges and distal tapered end for minimized soft tissue irritation.
  7. Instrumentation for minimal invasive insertion available
    • Radiolucent aiming device allows control view under image intensifier.
    • Independent use of insertion handle without aiming arm possible.
