IRIS Proximal Humeral Locking Plate

  1. Angular stable construct
    • Nine locking holes in the head of the humerus plate to enable a locked construct and optimal fixation, even in osteoporotic bone.
    • Diverging and converging screw pattern to support the humeral head.
    • Flexibility in screw placement creates a wide range of construct options.
  2. Suture holes
    • Ten suture holes around the proximal end of the plate to help maintain fracture reduction.
  3. Anatomically precontoured
    • For excellent fit to the proximal humerus.
  4. Elongated hole
    • Provides better plate positioning and humerus length adjustment.
  5. Low profile, distal tapered end
    • Highly polished smooth edges and distal tapered end for minimized soft tissue irritation.
  6. Aiming Device
    • For easier insertion of diverging and converging locking screws.
  7. Instrumentation for minimal invasive insertion available
    • Attachable insertion handle and aiming arm enable percutaneous plate and screw insertion.
